First chair came damaged. I ordered replacement and it was really good. The damage in first chair must have caused while in transit. Because, I could see hole on the outer packaging. But the replacement was in perfect condition and the fur was pretty soft and also the chair felt sturdy when I first sat on it. Hope it lasts long.
