Oh, where do I begin? The delivery process was 3 weeks later than my chosen delivery window. XPO, s chosen freight service was duplicitous and unprofessional in all the communications with me. When the sofa did finally arrive I was pleased with the quality - it is a COMFORTABLE sofa - but the color is NOT as represented online. The blue denim online looks dark and desaturated and modern. What I got was medium blue denim that somehow feels old fashioned. I am trying to decide what to do - go through the nightmare of returning this sofa, or suck it up and live with the color. If I can, I will update my review with the verdict. It is a medium firm feel and very comfortable for us. Smaller scale, so if youre a super big person (we are not) this might not be the sofa for you.
All in all I would not order furniture from again.
