Took about 2.5 hours to assemble with my teenager's help. Looks nice, easy enough to assemble, drawers are nice, but the wood slats that form the base for the mattress are about ? too short, so they don't stay in the track when you move around on the bed. Over time they fall off the track completely, and the mattress sinks into the hole created. I have to routinely (every month or two) remove the mattress, readjust the slats, and put the mattress back on. I am at the point where I'm going to have to go to the hardware store and buy slats that actually fit.
EDIT (04/14/19): I gave up on the slats and bought sheets of plywood to lay on top of the slats. This solved all the problems I had.
