Easy to put together, the couch is very firm at first. Ive been using it for about 3 weeks and it is finally starting to soften up. I love the reclining backs and I love to use this as a futon. My main complaint is the color. The color on suggests a darker blue almost navy. The couch I received looks much brighter, more of a baby blue. I have to paint my living room because the color is off now. But overall Im happy with it considering the price point - I got it on sale for under $400
