Was expecting a grey color, what it is is a blue grey color. Wasnt real happy with that, but I demolished the box getting it out and it was wrapped in a black mesh fabric, so I did not see the color initially. It was pretty easy to put together, and it is very sturdy. I am keeping it, hopefully I will grow to like the color. But be warned, this sofa is FIRM.
