I am use to well made furniture as I am 60+ years in age. Our furniture was mostly hand-made, and true materials were used. Furniture now, even in the so-called high end stores is just inferior, and not made with any sense of quality. This is a nice piece for what it is, and what its made of. With only similar choices of prefab, man concocted materials available - this isnt too bad.
