I absolutely hate putting together things from a box. This was the easiest thing that Ive ever put together. Clear directions, numbered and lettered. No complaints! We ordered the 18 and there is a ton of storage underneath! The frame makes ZERO noise and so far seems very sturdy. We do not use box spring. 10/10 would recommend.
