I bought this desk for my 12 year old to give him more room. It’s been a few months and he’s still in love with it. He mostly put it together himself which was awesome to witness (I helped when he needed me). The good thing is the amount of space available to customize the area (unlike some other loft beds). While it came with a large desk, he has put drawers on top and underneath it for additional organization. The worst of this experience was waiting for the package to arrive after I ordered it. It did not come when promised and took forever to actually deliver. When it finally showed up, the package was in bad shape but fortunately the product seemed ding free.
