I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 because its so light weight and the feel for closure/opening doesnt strike me as a piece that would bear the brunt of a heavy weight or repeated use if your goal is to sit on it often and open/close it frequently. Also the storage inside isnt very plentiful. I have a king sized bed (pictured) and only one set of sheets with a lightweight quilt and one small decorative pillow fit inside this ottoman so if perhaps you are looking to store a lot, this wouldnt work for you. Shoes, I would say is probably the only thing you could fit a decent amount of, inside of here. As for the color and esthetics of the piece it is exactly whats pictured. Helpful hint: Placing the ottoman flush against the footboard of the bed isnt possible once you open it (it moves away from the bed to compensate for the cushion on the top of it when opened) so I just flipped it around and have the back facing forward and its worked just fine, the hinges are barely noticeable so this was a welcomed solution.
