I got this bed shipped me and once I took it out of the packaging I realized there was missing hardware. This company would not overnight the hardware to me so I could have a bed to put together. Instead it took them nine days to get me the hardware that I needed. I had a partially put together bed for all that time. I find this ridiculous especially when I had company coming and I needed to have this bed put together and ready to go. I had to go to a hardware store and find these pieces myself. Ill never use them again. Thank God the bed itself is very sturdy and as pictured. The instructions have images in there that are incorrect for the drawers fyi. Just a huge hassle!!
