Our son is five and we needed to progress to a bigger bed and wanted the storage drawers underneath. We checked and actually paid so much more than what we had hoped to pay. Then we tried and found this perfect size bed. It was easy to assemble and the drawers are smooth to open and close. We returned the other bed and our son loves the fact that we got the matching headboard.
