Im 50 and 135 lbs. I still have a little room at the end of the bed. Its was a bit confusing and difficult to assemble, but once its done, its sturdy! I was worried at first, but it holds up like a champ. The only drawbacks I could think of is the smell at first and the directions on assembling it. Other than those things, Im pleased.
