Once we figured out how to put it together (the instructions need a little work), we began using it. It looks really nice in the office - an elegant addition to our space. The drawers open and close smoothly and quietly, with a little click to let us know they are securely closed. Each drawer even offers flexibility by providing the ability to store files in one of two different orientations. Overall, I think this was an awesome purchase and would not hesitate in recommending it to others. In fact, I am even considering getting another one for my home office!
