This is definitely one of those times where you Get what you pay for. For almost $80, you get a light weight, two drawer steel cabinet. Its a very light weight steel however, and while it does have a lock, it wouldnt stop anyone from getting into it who really wants in. The material is so long that when you open the drawer, the drawer face actually bends outward slightly at the handle when pulling on it.
That said, for home use, its not bad. It holds a lot more files in one drawer than the little file tote I had been using for my important documents. I can lock it up and keep unwanted hands and eyes from getting into it without my permission, and theres plenty of room to add more to it. The best part, is that its the same height as the printer stand that I had been using, so I just expended my home office work space without losing any physical space at all.
