I think its a good sofa, its exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly in my small apartment. I lowered the rating however because forgot to include the legs in the package. I called customer service and they said they cant just send me the legs separately, they have to send me a whole new couch for a replacement and I have to return the original one which is a pretty big pain. I wont get this replacement for another month. Obviously Ill just take the legs out of the new box and return that one but still / not ideal.
