    is a nightmare

    Im sure the bed itself is probably fine but I wouldnt know since they sent it without 6 different pieces making it just a pile of parts sitting in my bedroom. They are smal but very important pieces. I cant connect the large headboard pieces without them. I tried contacting directly which they ask you to do in the instructions for replacement parts thinking ok this is frustrating but at least theyll send me the parts. 5 days go by before I get an email saying they havent and cant send the parts without about 6 different kinds of verification that I purchased the product. I send all the information I have with pictures of the product, pictures of the warranty, and pictures of the various shipping info thinking that should be enough. It was not. I apparently also need to send proof of sale and how much was spent. The problem is this was a gift. I did not pay for it. So I dont have that info. Its just six little pieces. I seriously an about to just head to Lowes or something to see if I can find them on my own but that is not cool. I shouldnt have to pay for parts that were already paid for. If actually sends me the parts I will update this review but for now I recommend avoiding this company and the frustration of dealing with their customer service.
