I worked in manufacturing for almost 10 years and can accurately say that these tolerances are absolute garbage. EVERY SINGLE HOLE was off by about 3-5mm. On just about every piece, I had to keep all the other screws lose with a hand tighten and then finally screw in the last piece while torqueing the frame and bend the frame into alignment with the last screw before going back and tightening them all. Total assembly time was about 3 hours.
Manufacturing tolerances apparently do not exist
