First we will start with the delivery. I ordered, picked a time frame, got a confirming email, a phone call, AND a text confirming my 3-6pm time slot for delivery. Perfect. Except they delivered it at noon. Luckily I happened to be on my way out and saw them or else we wouldnt have gotten the delivery until a later, rescheduled, date. It was a 175lb-ish package and they only brought it the door. Cool... If you are disabled or if you are a petite person, think again. This box is HEAVY.
Now on to the assembly. Not as easy as other reviews have stated. One chair is unusable, the leg holes were uneven and the leg will not stay on straight. The table on one side didnt even have holes for me to screw the long screws into...WTF. I contacted , they offered to replace and pick up the old one. Only issue: I have the damn thing put together (minus the broken/screwed up pieces) and the box is WAY too heavy for me to get back outside. So I am left with a rather useless piece of furniture that I will have to pay to repair. UGH.
DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM . You will be disappointed. Order from a furniture sure where it is already put together. Even furniture is sturdier than this crap set.
