Outstanding tent. Not as easy to setup solo as I had hoped, but a tent this big probably wont ever be easy to setup solo Once it was up and running, the family had a blast. We particularly liked the screened area as it provided an awesome mud room for our shoes and gear after long hikes. We didnt have rain, so cant comment on weatherproofing.
Would buy again for sure.
