So far, Ive been very happy with this tent. It was up last week during several rainstorms and showers, and we didnt have any water come in, even when the wind blew with the exception of the porch section not covered by the rain fly, but I had expected that due to the design. I only gave it 4 stars because the pole sleeves seem very delicate so though Im always careful threading poles through, Im extra careful with this one because it just seems like these might snag and tear very easily. The fabric also seems to fight a little more tightly than the tents Im used to, so I have a little concern with it potentially tearing at the poles, but so far, so good. Im 51 and can have it set up myself in about 10 minutes. Very easy assembly. Lots of space for my daughter and I - easily fits 2 twin air mattresses with room for a small table, some gear, and our 52lb Boxer and still be able to walk in between
UPDATE: So, we arrived at our campsite and heard the thunder rolling in. My 12 he old daughter and I had the main cabin with rainfly up in about 5 minutes before a deluge started. All windows were open. Not a drop of water was in the tent when it was over. Set the porch up in a drizzle and had storms and rain the next 3 days near the now-angry Youghegheny River. Even slept with the windows open during some very heavy downpours and we didnt have a single drop of rain come in. When I went to tear down I realized we had the rainfly hooked at the bottom corners, but didnt have the loops attached to the poles and it still didnt budge through all the storms. Well done, ...
