    Superior for staying dry

We survived a thunderstorm in this this tent, tents around us were flattened and others got wet while we stayed dry! I did not use a seam sealer because we did not get it in time to let it dry so I skipped that and it did not matter. Superior for staying dry!! Things in the screened porch will obvisously get wet if it rains much but that is common sense we left coolers and other waterproof things out there, no big deal. We slept 2 up with a queen air mattress and were very comfy and had room to walk around while it rained. It does get hot fast in the tent so I would say take a fan or set up in the shade. No condesnsation or drips at all.
