    Met all my expectations

I spent 7 nights camping at Acadia National Park in Maine. One night and one day with rain. I sprayed my tent prior to the trip with water sealant. There was NO condensation at anytime in my tent. First time ever. Of course there was water in the screen porch area, but that is to be expected, it is a screen protected with a roof/tarp area. There is a screen area at the floor bottom doorway for any large amount of water to flow out. That was never the case. I used an old towel as a rug in the screen area as a door mat, and to clean any access water out. Very comfortable sitting area for two camping chairs. The inside has screen zip up windows on the doorway and 2 on each side. The dome area has a screen to allow proper air flow. I was concerned about the back of the tent. The back has a large screen netting that does not zip. I was concerned about heat escaping and cold coming in. Actually was not a problem. I simply chose not to stake the cord for the back of the tent and it stayed flat against the screen area. If I was in a very warm area, it actually would allow for great airflow. The tent says 6 person, but in actuality, it sleeps two people with high-rise twin air mattress comfortably. Possibly 3 people with just sleeping bags. I had my air mattress and camping chair inside at night. I am 55 and had plenty of head space to stand comfortably. Two people are preferable for setting up the tent. I have broken the tent down twice and am able to pack the tent, stakes and rain guard easily back into storage bag. I do highly recommend purchasing heavy duty tent stakes. The ones with the tent do not adequately hold the tent in place if there is a gusty wind. I also recommend using a large tarp underneath the tent. It will protect the base of the tent from tears and help keep the underside clean. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
