Bonded leather should be primarily be termed as Faux leather or polyurethane, as this is. It is easy to put together, but this chair is hard, not comfy at all. My daughter thinks it will soften with use, but to me it may as well be a bench seat. The color is good, nearly matches my recliner. would never buy again.
