I originally wrote a ONE STAR review regarding missing hardware (screws specifically) in order to put the bed together. Customer Service was a frustrating experience! UPDATE! UPDATE! Its not immediately evident and pretty misleading by the way the product is packed with the spare screws .HOWEVER . ALL the screws ARE there, they are actually screwed into the appropriate holes on the bed with the exception of the screws for the frame (they are packed with the spare parts). I think most of us are looking for all the screws to be packed together . but they arent. So that was frustrating, but once I went to (i.e. where the M screws are suppose to go) . theyre already screwed in place, simply unscrew them that applies to all the other screws as well. you will find them already screwed into the appropriate holes. Whew . Thank GOD I didnt have to send it back or search for the screws at a hardware store . That bed is heavy!! But now that I put it together .its beautiful . !! I hope this helps someone that looking for those dang screws
