I ordered a king bed and it arrived promptly, but one of the metal parts making up the frame is defective. The interior hole was drilled in the wrong spot, so the screw that secures the leg cannot be threaded through the hole. I contacted customer service, and days later, theyre still giving me the runaround with finger/pointing and unhelpful form responses. They dont even read what I write half the time. Instead of sending me a replacement for one single part, their only suggestion is to send back the entire huge, cumbersome 110lb bed.
If all of the parts in your bed are made correctly, then great! But if you get a faulty part, youre basically screwed. This was an utter waste of time, money, and effort.
