My son and I put this together with the directions provided which have no dialogue in the matter of 2 hours, some wine (for me) and cussing (of course by me.) once we got it together , I realized we were missing a part to the drawers which we needed to finish our project. I was already debating on this due to the other reviews but took the chance. I reached out to customer service which they were quick to say they would send the part out with no problem after sending them photos of the parts I still had to assemble. They then proceeded to tell me the part was no longer in stock and I could return for a refund, which meant taking this thing apart probably for 3 more hours. Which I ended up not doing. Right now the unit serves its purpose in my bathroom and I plan on going to Lowes and fanangaling the drawers together myself. It is sturdy and beautiful, just wish it came with all the parts .
