Other reviewers were right about the smell, but I just laid the panels out in my spare bedroom for a few days with the window open and that took care of the problem.
However, when I went to assemble it, there was a panel missing. I contacted the company by email and their response was fast and they were so kind and polite. They said the missing panel was out of stock at the moment, so instead of having me wait for it, they sent me an entire new cabinet!!! Who does that these days!!!??? I was so impressed with them and their response!! I had the new cabinet within a week!
I will never hesitate to buy another produce from this company. SO nice!! And the cabinet itself is wonderful.
