First off the instructions are visual only which is OK but the tools? provided are a joke. The allen wrench is typical and poor but the open end fixed wrench is pretty much a waste of time. My socket driver could do it about 10x better and faster. The stainless screws need to be covered with the supplied hex coverings and black nylon cups neither stays on so you are left with exposed stainless ends poking through the frame. The chain is only 6 inches and the if you are hanging it any further the supplied chain is bright stainless steel so it does not blend at all. I will also mention that the chair is not quite deep enough to get the full effect of enclosure. Not thrilled but cant imagine returning or even being allowed to.
