Our kitchen is black and white so these look amazing at our bar area. And they are comfortable. They are a little top heavy so we have had to watch our 2 yr old with these. He loves to move/slide chairs around, these are light enough for him to push around, but awkward to slide and tend to topple over. When trying to sit on these they seem unsteady, but are not. Have held everyone that has sat in them. Clean up easily with a wet cloth.
