Wood is cracking after 2.5 weeks of use by 50lb child
I LOVED this bed when we first got it but Im glad I waited to write the review. After only 2.5 weeks of use by a 50lb child, many places are showing cracks in the wood, including support beams and the safety railing. I have reached out to the manufacturer to see what remedies there are but cant return the product since we discarded the packaging when it was first assembled.
Regarding assembly, it wasnt terribly difficult but definitely required two people. The instructions dont require the use of a power drill but we found using ours saved some time. Some of the stickers with the letter identifiers were not printed clearly so we really had to be careful and confirm that the piece exactly matched the instructions (some are very similar in shape with minor differences).
