I am so impressed with this bedMy son had a large set of bunk beds that he really didnt like. This loft bed is perfect.
1. It is really well made with very smart engineering.
2. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to assemble by myself (Female of decent intelligence and little hand working skills).
3. One part was missing from the original box. I called customer service. The lady was friendly, efficient. The call only took a few minutes and the part arrived within days.
4. The instructions were very basic and you must pay close attention to detail. However, if you are careful and dont make mistakes, they werent hard to follow.
My five, almost six, year old really loves this bedOkay, so he wont sleep on the mattress and prefers the fort or camping bed we made underneath. I ordered the fire station curtain set to go with it. Its all really fantastic and we are super happy with it!
