The stairs are a lot more solid than I thought theyd be. A great bed for the price. I attached fire truck curtains that are made for a more expensive loft bed and my kid LOVES itIts the perfect size for my 3 (almost 4) year old. Be warned though, set aside at least 4 hours to put it together. Its quite the pain but worth it for the price.
