Very easy to assemble. I didnt need a second person, but it wouldve helped at one point. Everyone else keeps mentioning sharp edges on here. I ran my hand across each bar, gap, and weld that I could and I felt nothing. The only edge that was remotely close to being sharp was the underside of the slide closest to the floor, but thats not something that would ever come in contact with anything. My daughter loves it and I think its a great deal.
