As long as you read the directions, its easy to assemble. Both of my kids LOVE it! I have a 4 year old thats over 3ft tall and weighs 43 lbs and a 6yr old autistic child thats over 4ft and weighs 96 lbs; they both climb on it, slide down the slide, and have slept on it at the same it. VERY sturdy! Ill be buying a second one for my daughter since she loved my sons so much lol
