I wish all my online purchases were this good! Packaging / completely protected yet easy to undo. Putting on / easy, and I really hate assembling stuff. Instructions / clear and simple. Materials / quality steel and sturdy plastic . Design / simple, streamlined, modern, highly function. I gave it a 4 for maneuverability because the wheel rollers are small so it doesnt roll very well on thick/plush carpet. Im sure theyd be perfect on a hard surface. Compact / absolutely. My pandemic home and grandkids remote learning space is 5.5 ft wide by 5 ft deep, half of that taken up by the chair. I would buy ANY product based on this outstanding example.
