Needs small modification to take standard A4 suspension files

I am almost the duplicate of the 84 year old purchaser, being 87 and also in a Residential Care home. This cabinet is well suited to my room, does not take too much space and the wood finish tones in well. Like him I found the drawback is that the suspension rails are too close together to take the standard A4 suspension file. My solution was to disassemble the drawer and drill new mounting holes for the rails in the front and back panels, 5mm outside the current ones,(only four holes to do!) Then reassemble the drawer. This done the files hang well but they have to be placed with care as the card part of the folder is only a couple of mm less than the width of the drawer. I hope this information is useful.
