product arrived with knicks and such, all minor cosmetic im fine with it. railing needed to bent back into shape prior to installation. overall, instructions in manual very detailed and helpful. all parts mostly labeled. used common sense to install. i wouldnt say this was easy, rather intermediate installation. picture said 2 people need to install but one person can do the job. not perfectly aligned pre/frabricated pieces but cheaper than furniture. purchased it in , the eco/friendly surface keeps hand sweat marks on it (oh/well). unsure how it is waterproof if it arrived with knicks and therefore exposed the pressurized wood underneath. does the job seller is super responsive. the hand sweat is due to installation (but oh well). i decided to leave the off printer way to heavy to wheel around willy nilly
