Arrived packaged well and is a beautiful comfy chair. The instructions were easy to follow and I was done putting it together in about 10min. Others mentioned the back bolts didnt line up and initially I have the same issue but one I put a little pressure and screwed in one bolt the others lined up fine. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the light gray color has an olive color mixed with the gray. Not the look I was going for but not a total deal breaker. Not sure if the Lure light gray is closer to gray or not?
