This is a fantastic office chair! My first impression sitting on it when we put it together was oh....this is kind of hard.... but after sitting in it a while, I now love it! (My husband loved it right off the bat) Its very comfortable and just the right firmness now and the back cradles you with a lovely amount of cushioning and support.
Only downside is that the row of studs around the bottom is NOT evenly spaced at all, so take note of that if that would bother you. Some are so close together theyre touching and others have large gaps in between.
UPDATE 5/31/21 - The weld on one of the wheels was faulty and failed. Its annoying, because the weld was hidden until it failed, so we couldnt have inspected it when we first bought it to see that it was a faulty weld. told us to contact the company, and the company wont do anything for us but tells us to buy a replacement base. So thats frustrating because we still love the chair! Not sure if we got a lemon or if the quality control is sketchy with this manufacturer.
