My husband and our neighbor easily assembled it in under an hour, though they had to redo the springs once. Since my husband had experience putting together a 7-foot trampoline, he thought he knew the drill. What I appreciate is that the safety pads are on the outside of the net, a feature I find great. It's just the right size for my 3-year-old daughter and her 7-year-old cousin to play on together, with enough growing room for my daughter. We deliberately chose not to go for a 14-footer as it would have been unnecessarily large. The only downside is that one of the pole paddings was slit, but we plan to replace them with pool noodles.
