This chair did not assemble as advertised. Parts were missing and had to be purchased at a hardware store. The frame was not in alignment with the bolts. It took several hours of adjustments with a mallet and replacement of parts due to misalignment to get this chair together. Once done, it looks very nice. It is very firm for chair seat and bed, but we like it that way. After a month of trying to get a satisfactory response from the vender, we finally succeeded. This company is from China so if you are expecting a fast response to a problem, good luck.
