The product arrived as scheduled and I was surprised by how big it was. Assembly is definitely a two person job since large pieces need aligned in order to be joined together. Finally after assembly I was again surprised by its firmness.
Overall Im pleased with it other than two items:
1) A bracket shown in the instructions is U shaped but the bracket included is L shaped. The pullout section still works but jumps out of the bracket and needs reset every time its used.
2) One of the casters used in the pullout section broke on the second day. Probably as a result of jumping out of the L bracket.
Ive sent a message to the seller through and am waiting for a response so this rating may change.
Update: Then bracket is not U shaped, the L bracket is correct. The drawing in the instructions just looked like it was U shaped. After reinstalling the L bracket the pull out section worked correctly.
I contacted the seller about the broken caster and they responded within 24 hours and are sending another caster.
