    Liked the concept, but had to return it

    The chaise arrived in good time and was well/packaged. It was a good fit for the corner of the living room, and it looked nice. However, the second time someone sat in it, the right/hand arm came off. (I checked the product description, and no, the arms were not detachable.) So, that was a problem, but I decided to ignore it. A day later, the left/hand arm partially detached, and at this point, I decided we could not ignore the problem any longer. I arranged for a return with . I figured it would be the usual process, i.e., wrap up the chair in plastic and take it with the return label over to Whole Foods. That was not the case this time. I was instructed to repackage the chair and take it to UPS for return shipping to the Seller. This was a bit of a hassle, since even folded up the chair is quite large. But, once I dropped it at UPS, it only took a few days for the return to be acknowledged, and then a couple more days until my refund was issued. So, I gave the Seller a 4/star review for its good customer service!
