You get what you pay for. Chair is definitely for smaller people as other reviewers stated. Maybe 5 foot tall or under. Massage feature is just a vibration, not impressed. Biege color is really cream. Ours came with a black marker stain on foot rest. Too expensive to return. Good for small space.
