The inclusion of three pillows with the chair was meant to enhance comfort and provide additional support. However, the pillows provided are disappointingly small and lack sufficient padding. They do little to improve the overall seating experience, and their underwhelming quality adds to the feeling of dissatisfaction with the purchase.
