I absolutely love these chairs. They are beautiful. The material is good. I would request professional assembly next time. They arent hard to set up, but for some reason they remain uneven when standing. I did everything the instructions say to do. The 1st chair was set up perfectly. The next day it was lop sided and uneven. The 2nd chair was uneven upon assembly and the screws keep loosening. The packaging was up to par. Nothing came messed up. I wasnt missing any material.
