Ordered two. Although the cartons were substantially damaged (one more than the other), all parts were intact clearly marked. One carton which was the more damaged of the two, contained one vertical support rod which was bowed. My husband was able to straighten it as he is skilled with assembly has a very complete workshop. Not sure everyone would want to tackle the task. Having read the reviews pre/purchase, we took the advice to attach the feet to the base first, Good Advice! Very satisfied with the finished product.
