After reading the reviews, i was not sure what hat to expect would this be to large for my tight space or too small for my 235lbs body. Well, its neither. Its just right for my space and my size at a decent price, fast delivery, well/pack, and easy assembly. Im quite satisfied with this love seat and found it to be as described. I did measure and re/measure my space, and researched a number of similar seating. It was a gamble that im glad i took.
