The first rocking chair we received was damaged, however quickly after contacting customer service a replacement chair was sent to us. We received the new chair in good condition and assembly was very simple. It looks great in the nursery, I feel it sits sturdy and rocks smoothly. Overall it was a good purchase. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
