This is best value you will find. I did lots of research and decided to give this one a try. I already knew going into it that its not the highest quality, but it did surpass my expectations. A couple of the bolts didnt fit the holes perfectly, but just drilled it out slightly and they fit right in. It will need adjustments throughout its use, but thats a easy task for the price paid. Perfect for the mancave/golf simulator room. Im enjoying it so far!
